Shipping Policy

If our items are in stock, the majority of orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.


Shipping to mainland United States typically takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping within Canada typically takes 1-3 business days.

We do not ship to APO/PO boxes.

These are estimates provided by shipping companies. Due to COVID-19, please expect some delays.

For out of stock items, as soon as we have the items ready in our warehouse we will ship them out.

Please do not make any orders if you are not willing to wait for manufacturing or shipping times.

Customers are responsible for any charges in related to duties & taxes that they receive. We have no control over this and each country has different laws concerning these charges.

All Products are shipped F.O.B. ("free on board") place of shipment. This means that we are not responsible for Products once we have provided them to the delivery service that will be delivering your Product(s) to you. We take great care in packing, labeling, and handing off our Products to make sure the delivery company is provided with the right Product(s) for the right orders in the condition advertised.

If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us and let us know. We'll determine what steps need to be taken by us or we'll give you guidance to help you place a claim with the delivery company.

You are responsible for paying any import duties or charges that may apply to any Products you purchase on the Website. Euro Luxury Parts does not assume any responsibility for import duties or charges related to any Products.
