Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-return policy and cannot accept refunds or exchanges for any purchase. The only exception is for in stock items that have not been shipped, in which case a 15% fee will apply.

Special-made orders may be refunded only if they have not begun manufacturing, in which case a 15% fee will apply.

Please do not make any purchases unless you understand the wait time of manufacturing and shipping time. You may contact us with any questions regarding specific products.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take pictures of the box if the box is damaged immediately as well as the product. If a box is damaged upon delivery, it MUST be refused by the customer. If a damaged box is accepted by a customer then we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. Please ensure you carefully inspect all boxes delivered to you while still in company of the driver/shipping agent and refuse any shipment you feel was damaged prior to your receipt of the package. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is damaged based on customer actions and will not issue a refund or replacement at our own discretion.

Disclaimer
Euro Luxury Parts sells aftermarket products and not Original equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products and therefore may require some test fitting and preparation before installing. Depending on the product, some modifications may be required including but not limited to trimming, sanding, filing to achieve proper fitment. 

We always recommend professional instalment of our products, which includes professional & skilled workers with experience in the aftermarket automotive part world. We continue to do our best to limit these modifications but as newer products are brought to production, there may be more work involved with them.
